Walt Disney World introduced "Magic Your Way"(MYW) tickets in 2005 in order to allow visitors to customize their Walt Disney World Resort experience. With MYW tickets you can buy a "Base Ticket" which will allow you to visit one theme park per day (does not include water parks) of your ticket. "Park Hopper Tickets" will allow you to visit more than one park on the same day. Base tickets and park hopper tickets includes Magic Kingdom, Disney Animal Kingdom, EPCOT and Disney Hollywood Studios. You can add "Water Park Fun" option in order to visit Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, DisneyQuest® Indoor Interactive Theme Park, Downtown Disney® Pleasure Island or Disney's Wide World of Sports® Complex in addition to the parks covered in base or park hopper tickets. All these tickets we discussed above even with water park fun option expire 14 days after the day of first use. So if you have MYW 5-day Park Hopper Tickets then you will have to use all the 5 days within 14 days after the day you use it the first time. You might be thinking if you buy a 10-day MYW base ticket and you live near Orlando...... I would like to use 5-days now and use the remainder 5 days may be 3 months from now. For this flexibility, you will have to add the "No Expiration". Usually this option costs a bit more, so if you are really sure that you save significant by buying a "10 day magic your way ticket" than buying "5 day magic your way" tickets two times (each of your 2 trips) then this option may be worth the buy.

Single Day Admission (SDA) Price: To determine how much you really save on multi-day Magic Your Way tickets, we have used the sigle day admission price as reference. This is the price you will pay if you go each morning and buy tickets for an adult. So the savings come into picture if you buy a multi-day ticket instead of buying a ticket every morning.

Magic Your Way Base Tickets: A 3-day Magic Your Way base ticket cost you $203 which save you $10 based on single day admission which would cost you $213. Now if you buy a 5-day magic your way base ticket, the saving get bigger. Based on single day admission, you would have paid $355 for 5 days while Magic Your Way 5-day ticket would just cost you $215. So you save $140 on when you buy magic your way 5-day tickets. Magic Your Way Park Hopper Tickets: The savings on magic your way park hopper tickets at Walt Disney World are very similar to the savings we discussed on the MYW Base Tickets except the additional cost for "Park Hopper" option gets added to the base tickets.
